Live Crawfish

Our crawfish are little sweet, a little salty, and have a firm meaty texture. They taste like a cross between lobster and shrimp. They resemble little lobsters, and if you like lobster or crab, you’ll probably appreciate crawfish as well. Crawfish are almost as enjoyable to eat as they are appetizing; pick out all of the meat with your fingers, and don’t miss the bright yellow liquids poured from the head; they are sweet, briny, and delectable!
