American red snapper is one of our best-sellers due to its lovely red color and mild, sweet, and somewhat nutty flavor. While many restaurants and fishmongers serve red snapper, the term has been used to almost any red fish. Because of our direct links with fisheries, our red snapper is consistently authentic and tasty.

• Referred to as tai on sushi menus; note that this is true American red snapper and some menus will use this term for Pacific Red Snapper which has a very different taste and texture.
