• Each portion is super frozen for longer shelf life, bright color, fresh ocean smell, firm texture, and superior flavor and nutrient retention once thawed.

• All of our Sockeye and Coho are from Copper River: These fish have a 300-mile run, but what makes the fish different is in that 300 miles the fish are fighting a 10-knot current, that is glacial fed that climbs 3,000 feet. The Copper River Fishermen catch this fish in the ocean before it hits the river and when it has its highest fat content for the long journey to its breeding grounds.
