We have collaborated with Fishwife, a woman-owned and operated company that specializes in canned seafood. Fishwife gets seafood from healthy fisheries and accredited sustainable aquaculture farms, producing tasty tinned seafood.

This tin, smoked in small amounts over beech, maple, and birch wood, is both smoky and light and pleasant.
